This policy explains how the REESH app collects, uses, and protects your information when you browse the menu and place orders. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1) Information We Collect

• Account info: phone number (used to sign in and identify your account, without any verification code or password) and name.
• Location: your coordinates when you pick a delivery address on the map, to calculate delivery fees and range. Permission is requested and can be declined (you may enter the address manually).
• Order data: your orders, order history, delivery address, and car number (for car service).
• Notifications: a device token (FCM) to send order-status notifications.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Paymob; we do not store your card details on our servers.
• Profile photo (optional): stored only to display in your account if you add one.
• Local data: in guest mode, your tracked orders and preferences are stored locally on your device.

2) How We Use Your Data

• Create and securely sign in to your account.
• Process and deliver your orders and notify you of their status.
• Calculate delivery fees and confirm you are within the branch's range.
• Improve the service, provide support, and contact you about your orders.

3) Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service with:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging).
• Paymob to process card payments.
• The delivery driver and branch handling your order (name, phone, delivery address).

4) Data Retention

We retain your account and order data while your account is active or as required for operational and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

5) Your Rights

• Access or correct your data in the app (Account screen).
• Request deletion of your account and data via the contact below.
• Manage location and notification permissions from your device settings.

6) Data Security

We use Google Firebase's secure infrastructure and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7) Children's Privacy

The app is for general use and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.

8) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a revised date.
