حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق ريش (REESH) وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت، باتباع الخطوات التالية:

1 أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى: reesh.cr@gmail.com

2 اكتب في الموضوع: «طلب حذف الحساب».

3 أرفق رقم الجوال المسجّل في التطبيق للتحقق من هويتك.

سنؤكّد طلبك ونحذف حسابك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

البيانات التي تُحذف

ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، رقم الجوال، صورة الملف إن وُجدت).
عناوين التوصيل المحفوظة على الخريطة.
الأصناف المفضّلة وتفضيلاتك.
ربط سجل الطلبات بحسابك.

البيانات التي قد تُحفَظ

قد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات الطلبات/الفواتير بشكل منفصل للأغراض المحاسبية والقانونية كما يتطلبه النظام، دون ربطها بهويتك الشخصية.

Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your REESH account and all associated data at any time by following these steps:

1 Send an email to: reesh.cr@gmail.com

2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

3 Include the phone number registered in the app so we can verify your identity.

We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

Your profile (name, phone number, profile photo if any).
Saved delivery addresses on the map.
Favourite items and preferences.
The link between your order history and your account.

Data that may be retained

We may retain certain order/invoice records separately for accounting and legal purposes as required by law, without linking them to your personal identity.
